"I initially connected with Sheryl when I began working for a RE firm in Tucson 9 years ago. At the time, I knew nothing about insurance and I'm sure there were days when she wanted to pull her hair out answering all of my pretty dumb questions. Nevertheless, Sheryl always took the time to answer my questions professionally and fully. She's taught me a ton about insurance. After working with her for a few years in the interest of our mutual clients, she helped me save a good amount of money by bundling my car, home, and rental policies through State Farm. The main reason why I wanted to write this review is to share how helpful Sheryl is, to say how willing she is to go to bat for her clients, and to say she's definitely a client-first representative. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to make sure I understand my options, and still answers all of my questions (even the dumb ones). In the few times I've worked with her regarding my personal claims, she's always made the process easy and stress-free. Anytime something goes wrong or I need help she’s always there and stays on top of it until it's done. In addition to her professionalism and helpfulness, Sheryl is just great to chat with. I recommend Sheryl (and State Farm) to everyone I know."
